Claudia Jo is the Leader of the Business Valuation area at Sunbelt Central America. Since 2017, she has advised on valuation processes and provided financial advisory for companies across multiple sectors, combining technical rigor and strategic vision. Her experience encompasses corporate finance, pricing, budgeting, strategic planning, operational efficiency, and change management.
She previously accumulated more than two decades in global and regional environments, including a 13-year tenure at ExxonMobil, where she managed high-level multifunctional teams and projects.
Claudia is a Certified Main Street Broker by Sunbelt Business Brokers and complements her practice with specialized training: the Private Equity Certificate Program from Wharton in collaboration with Wall Street Prep, the Business Valuation course taught by Professor Aswath Damodaran (IMAA), and Cash & Valuations at Acton University.
She holds a degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance from Universidad Rafael Landívar and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Universidad Mesoamericana.
