Rosa María Sanabria leads the Value Generation and Governance Program for Sunbelt Central America since 2017. She is a Director on the Board of the Integrated Services Commission for Export (SIEX) at Agexport. She is a Consultant, Advisor, and M&A Advisor expert in business transformation processes and continuous process improvement management.
Prior to joining Sunbelt Central America, she had a 15-year corporate career at ExxonMobil. She now works with entrepreneurs and business groups to define value growth plans for their businesses and implement the governance they need for proper wealth management. She is an active speaker on relevant topics for small and medium-sized business owners.
Rosa María is a professor at the Business School of the Universidad Francisco Marroquín, an Industrial Chemical Engineer, and holds a postgraduate degree in Administrative Engineering and a Master’s degree in Industrial Administration from Universidad Rafael Landívar. Additionally, she has completed Executive Programs from the Wharton Business School in Corporate Governance and from the University of Salamanca in the Management of Incubators, Accelerators, and Entrepreneurial Development Centers. She is certified as an M&A Advisor by The Alliance of Merger and Acquisitions Advisors (AM&AA).
